Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of design templates and cutting files purchased through Nanocutskin are generally considered final once the files have been downloaded or delivered. Because these are instantly accessible digital goods, we are unable to "return" them once delivered.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

We will issue a refund in the following circumstances:

• You did not receive your purchased files due to a technical error on our end
• The files delivered are corrupted, incomplete, or significantly different from the product description
• You were charged incorrectly or experienced a duplicate charge

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• You changed your mind after successfully downloading the files
• You purchased the wrong product by mistake (please contact support before purchasing if unsure)
• You no longer need the product after delivery

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase at support@nanocutskin.com with the following information:

• Your order number
• The email address used for purchase
• A description of the issue

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
